The hotel is in a very walkable area.

I was disappointed with the noisy room near the lobby, which made it hard to relax. Although the room was clean and modern, the towels were quite old and not up to par. It would have been beneficial if they provided shampoo and conditioner, as I had to bring my own.

Room was beautiful and comfortable, but cleanliness was an issue with hair found in the bathroom.

The hotel is chic with an inviting atmosphere, and the nearby Starbucks is just a short walk away for coffee lovers.

The air extractor in the bathroom was quite loud, which disrupted the overall relaxation during my stay.

Spent a fantastic time with my group of friends! The staff was super helpful setting us up for visits to cultural highlights like the Charros de Jalisco Stadium and Galleries Theater. Free WiFi and excellent room options made our stay even better. We’ll definitely come back!

However, there was a little hiccup with one of the rooms, as we noticed a small cleanliness issue during our stay. It could have been handled better.

The Master Suite impressed with its spacious layout and stylish decor—ideal for relaxation. Enjoying the excellent water pressure in the bathroom and a rejuvenating jacuzzi made the stay even better. The breakfast at the restaurant was delightful, with options that included well-prepared sashimi. However, the room service menu could have been more diverse, and a minor cleanliness oversight was noticeable. No major complaints, just some areas for improvement.

The Queen Suite was a nice surprise! The bed was super comfy, the shower had great pressure and stayed hot. The decor was really pretty with alebrijes everywhere. Loved having a Nespresso machine for my coffee fix in the mornings as well. I didn’t mind the cleanliness at all, it was well-maintained throughout my stay. Only downside was the coffee in the room wasn’t as good as what they served in the restaurant nearby.

Service was super polite. The location is amazing, just a short walk to great places to eat and the hospital. Plus, the rooms were bright and had everything I needed.

Chic hotel, convenient location, where I enjoyed a comfortable bed and a hot shower with good pressure, as well as a beautiful interior adorned with artistic decor throughout, just a short walk from various nearby restaurants and cafes.

Had a lovely stay here! The complimentary water bottles and Nespresso machine were great touches, and the pool was wonderfully warm. The room was pretty big, but the only issue was the slight discrepancy in decor compared to photos. I'd definitely come back!

Loved the heated pool and 24-hour reception. Coffee shop was a nice touch. Room was too small.

No close attractions but wonderful modern amenities and peaceful ambiance for a relaxing stay.
